In October 2005, Bocacom Dedicated moved into a brand new, state of the art, 1Vault Networks datacenter in Boca Raton, FL that uses Cisco routers and switches with multipath redundant Gigabit Ethernet connections to NTT/ Verio, the world's largest service provider. Enjoy the many benefits of running your site(s) on an NTT Communications Global IP Network, a Tier 1 IP backbone that is constantly being upgraded to provide the end user with the best broadband usage, with direct connectivity to major ISPs in the North America, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Bocacom Dedicated Hosting will replace, at no cost to you, any failed or faulty hardware or hardware components, including NIC card, processor, motherboard, hard disk, or RAM. Bocacom also keeps the temperature at optimum conditions with chilled water Leibert air conditioning units fed by a large water chilling plant.
Power Management
Peace of mind is assured with triple redundant MGE UPS uninterruptible power supplies, including a 10 MW diesel backup generator farm with enough fuel to run the operation steady for 3 weeks. To be extra certain, Bocacom Dedicated Hosting performs power tests monthly. The data center is built to withstand a Category 5 Hurricane and sits well above the 100-year flood plain.
Physical Security
Bocacom Dedicated Hosting's windowless datacenter is built such that none of its walls are exterior walls of the building. Additional security measures include biometric scanners, card access control, 24/7/365 armed security onsite, 24/7/365 intrusion detection monitoring, and surveillance cameras.

Service Offerings
General Support Options
Bocacom Dedicated provides general support through the Bocacom forums. Targeted support is available 24/7 through an online ticket system. Support is provided for the proper functioning of the server and network connectivity. Software configuration and installation support can be provided at additional charge during regular support hours. There is no charge for server reboot requests. Standard Service hours for Bocacom Dedicated Techical Support are Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-6PM.
Bocacom Dedicated Hosting offers basic support services for your servers; this is great for companies that are looking for great equipment at an excellent datacenter in which they can self-service the equipment. If you are looking for fully-managed services, then another provider may be your better bet.
Security and Updates
Free with any dedicated server package is HTTP, FTP, and DNS service monitoring, notifying you immediately if any part of your server is in need of attention. Upgrades are usually available within 1 day of making the request.
Backup Services
Included within your control panel is a fully-integrated APC remote reboot port.
