Codero guarantees 99.9% uptime on all dedicated servers. Codero's dedicated hosting plans also guarantee your hardware will be functioning 100% of the time (except in normal maintenance windows); power and HVAC systems will be functioning 100% of the time (with the exception of normal maintenance); and network uptime will be 99.9%.
If network failure does cause your server to be down for more than one hour, Codero offers clients a refund of 5% off next month's regular bill (up to 100%) for every hour of downtime.
